Due to the nature of the business, we do not give your money back once service is completed.  We do, however, provide a satisfaction guarantee of our service.  If you’re unhappy with the content we provided you we will work to make it right.  We will not, however, do anything that isn’t already listed in the description of our products.  If you require something not listed, we can negotiate a price and get that taken care of for you.  We want to make sure that you’re happy with our services and that you will recommend us to your friends and colleagues and we will bend over backwards for that happiness.  Contact us if you have questions or comments.
